We generally prohibit dogs and other animals from entering our store. We provide clothing for kids of all ages who are in the store with other family members and we consider this a safety issue and to prevent possible impacts related to allergies.
The only exception is for service dogs. Service dogs, as defined by California State law, is a dog trained to help a specific individual with a disability and is trained to help individuals with their specific requirements.
If you require a service dog, before entering our store we may ask you two questions as provided by the State law:
- whether the dog is required because of a disability, and
- what work the dog is trained to perform
If you decline or cannot answer these questions, we will accommodate your shopping so that you may remain outside our store with your animal.
