School Uniform Shopping at The Uniform Store

In store shopping

Our retail store is open to the public during our scheduled operating hours. Our staff can assist you to review the uniform for your school's program, select the proper items that suit your needs, and assist with fitting. We have 8 fitting rooms for your students. We offer appointments for fittings and highly recommend an appointment during busier times such as the back to school season in the summer.

Purchases may be made at our checkout. Items that require a logo may require that the item(s) be left with us for completion. In this case you can return when the order is completed or have it shipped to your address for a fee. Our turnaround time for orders will vary with current volume - please ask for expected turnaround when you make your purchase. We will serve walk-in customers but appointments have priority and we encourage you to make an appointment.

Web store shopping

Our web store is open always. Each school has a dedicated section that shows only allowed items for the school and is further separated where the requirements may differ, for example by gender. You can make payment for the order and receive a confirmation. Normal turnaround is 1-2 weeks but may be longer during busier times. You may specify that the order will be picked up in store, or to have it shipped to your address for an extra fee.

Web Portal

We maintain a supporting portal for customer access to more detailed order status information. In-store and web store transactions are shown. After an order is made that requires production, you will receive an invitation to the portal. Please note this is a separate sign-in from any web store account. 

Product Availability

Most items are stocked in our store for purchase and may be carried out, and to fulfill web store orders. Items that require a logo may require additional production time. You can ask for a current turnaround estimate. If an item is out of stock in our store, we usually provide that from our supplier's stock which may add some time. In rare cases, our supplier may also be out of stock and the delay will be greater.    

Pickups

We are open for walk up order pickups. You can pick up in-store purchases or web orders after we notify you that the order is ready. No appointment is necessary for pickups unless you also need to try items on for size, then an appointment is recommended. Please come to our main entrance and come inside for pickups. A photo ID is required for a pickup. If you would like to have someone else pick up your order, please provide us written (email or text) authorization. The person picking up the order will be required to show their ID and must be 13 or older.

Shipping

Shipping is available for in-store as well as web orders for a flat fee. If you have requested to pick up your order and would rather have it shipped to your address, you can add on shipping on our web site. Click Here to add shipping

Rush orders

A rush service is not normally offered but it you have a special need, you may request to rush an order or partial order. This is only available if production capacity is available and is limited to items that are in stock in our store. Please contact us if you have a need and we will confirm if the service is available and the turnaround time. There may be a rush fee for this service. If you have some special circumstance, please contact us for consideration.
