How can I return an item ?
If you would like to return an item for exchange or refund, please review
our return policy.
If you have created an account with us online, please log in to that account. If you have not created an account, you'll need to create one to facilitate the return process. From your order confirmation email, click on the order status link. You will be asked to create an account, using the same email as the order.
Once logged in, select "completed orders". There is a Return Item(s) link associated with each order. The following page allows you to select which items and what quantity you'd like to return, and a reason for return. Submit the return request. Please note that if the entire order is not yet complete, this option is not available. Please contact us for assistance.
We will be notified of the return request and will process it based on the request and we will respond via email indicating the following steps.
