To contain pricing and to help with availability, we generally do not pre-logo uniform items but we produce them on-demand. The turnaround for this production depends on the item as well as the current production capacity - turnaround is faster off season and is longest during the busiest times before the start of school. How the order is delivered also may affect turnaround times as all orders are processed in the same queue. Pick up in store may be faster than the added delay of shipping to your address although shipping may be more convenient.

Generally, for items that are in stock in our store, non logo'd items are available to take with you when purchased in-store. Screened items (such as most PE items) are usually produced while you wait. Embroidered items may range from a normal 1-2 weeks up to 5 or 6 weeks in the busiest times. For items not stocked in our store, turnaround depends on whether the item is available in our supplier stock which is typically about 2 weeks. If our suppliers are out of stock, the item must be manufactured and could be as long as 16 weeks or longer for very special items. 

Online orders may add some time to process the order and prepare for shipment. Online orders may add time for processing and for physical delivery. In all cases, the actual turnaround time varies greatly with the season. We provide actual expected turnaround times at the time of order.
