Navigating this Portal for your account
You can log into our customer portal to see the status of existing and past transactions and orders from either our physical store or web store. History is linked via an email address to link to history. Please note this portal requires a separate login from our web ordering system. When you sign into the portal, you will see the following options
- Home: Shows the knowledge base and the tickets that you have created
- My Area:
- Department: Use All
- My Tickets: shows tickets that you have created
- Status: Allows you to filter by status. : Use "All Status" (other options are "Open", "Closed", "On Hold")
- Priority: Allows you to filter by priority
- Channel: Allows you to filter by interaction channel.
- Knowledge Base: Shows the Knowledge Base
